1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on carrier and customs. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
2. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders over $49 ship free; orders under $49 have a flat $6.99 shipping fee.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us first for authorization — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for a free replacement. For items over $50 or fragile items, please keep an unboxing video — it's required for the claim.
